Our Kitchen

Brookhill Industries Kitchen

Brookhill Industries kitchen provides a hot lunch for all of the individuals at Brookhill Industries every day.  We also use it as a training ground for community employment.  Brookhill Industries has 4 individuals that rotate through the kitchen each week.  Two of them take turns being the assistant to the cook each week and two of them take turns cleaning the cafeteria tables and sweeping the floors after lunch each day.
